Installation assistance with Clonable is a service that supports businesses in integrating their website with Clonable. This includes:

• Explaining the basic functionalities of Clonable
• Collecting and adding a brand list
• Control of images on the website
• Enabling the search function should that be desirable
• Installation of the language switcher
• Testing the website
• Explaining Google Search Console
• If needed: adding JSON keys for better functionality

For e-commerce subscriptions, we offer additional support:

• Setting up and linking XML feeds
• Checkout control
• Assistance in implementing Clonables Magento, Shopware extension or WooCommerce plugin

Turnaround time varies by platform:

• Non-e-commerce websites: usually completed within 1 week
• E-commerce websites:
  • WooCommerce: 2-4 weeks on average
  • Magento, Shopware and Custom web shops: average 4-8 weeks

The turnaround time with Magento and Shopware depends, among other things, on any custom features built into the webshop.

No, with Clonable there are no hidden fees. In addition to your subscription price, there are some optional extras that are charged separately, such as:

• Purchasing additional Clones
• An add-on for additional pages
• Translation of a product feed (XML feed)
• Installation help

The cost of translating an XML feed depends on your subscription. You can find this in the feature overview of this pricing page.

In addition, you can link your XML feed to tools such as Channable and set how often the feed is updated. A monthly update is free (new translations will be charged). Do you want to update the feed more often? Then the following rates apply:

• Weekly: €10,- p/m
• Daily: €15,- p/m
• Every 12 hours: €20 p/m
• Every 2 hours: €25 p/m
• Each hour: €35 p/m

The total number of pages in your subscription applies to all Clones combined. You can exclude pages or whole sections of a Clone from translation, such as outdated blog archives.

Pages with a canonical tag are not counted as additional pages.

You then have the following options:

• Purchasing an add-on for additional pages
• Upgrading to a higher subscription
• For a significantly higher number of pages: Take contact contact our Sales Department for a customized offer.
